Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can green beans, drained 15 ounces
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup 10.5 ounces
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method
 

  1. Prep your ingredients by washing, peeling, and dicing the potatoes, carrots, celery, and chopping the onion.
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet with olive oil for 5-7 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat, then add the diced vegetables and seasonings. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  3. Combine the beef and vegetable mixture with green beans, cream of mushroom soup, and milk in a bowl. Mix well and transfer to a greased baking dish. Top with cheddar cheese.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes covered, then uncover and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  5. Let the casserole cool for 5 minutes before serving.
