  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (e.g., walnuts or pecans, for coating)

Method
 

  1. Gather all your ingredients to make the process smoother.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, and grated Parmesan. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add in the diced salami, pepperoni, roasted red peppers, black olives, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir until evenly distributed.
  4. Shape the mixture into a log form using plastic wrap. Wrap tightly and twist the ends to secure.
  5. Coat the log in chopped nuts by rolling it until fully covered.
  6. Chill the coated cheese log in the fridge for 30 minutes to set.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with accompaniments.
