Method
 

  1. Mix the flour, salt, and yeast in a bowl. Gradually add warm water and mix until a shaggy dough forms.

  3. Shape the dough into a ball and let it rise for 1 to 2 hours.
  4. Preheat the oven to 450°F and bake the bread in a Dutch oven for 30 minutes with the lid on, then 15 to 20 minutes without the lid.
  5. Let the bread cool on a wire rack before slicing.
