  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha adjust to taste
  • 2 green onions, sliced for garnish
  • Oil for frying

Method
 

  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and set up your breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to make the Bang Bang sauce.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet and bread the chicken pieces, frying them in batches until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  4. Toss the fried chicken pieces with the Bang Bang sauce until evenly coated and serve warm, garnished with sliced green onions.
