  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce Adds sweetness.
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha Adjust for heat.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder For savory flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder Enhances taste.
  • to taste salt and pepper For seasoning.
  • 8 pieces slider buns For serving.
  • as needed lettuce leaves For topping.

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, panko breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and form into 8 equal-sized patties.
  2. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  3. Place a cooked chicken patty on each slider bun, add lettuce and cucumber, and drizzle with bang bang sauce.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat with oil. Cook patties for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
