Method
 

  1. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add vegetable oil and let it warm up. Sauté diced onion for 3 minutes until translucent.
  2. Add minced garlic and ground beef to the skillet. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes until browned and fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Push the beef mixture to one side of the skillet. Pour beaten eggs into the empty side and scramble until fully cooked, then mix into the beef.
  4. Add frozen peas and carrots to the skillet and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Add cooked jasmine rice, soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and sesame oil. Mix thoroughly and cook for another 3 to 5 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions. Serve hot.
