Wash and chop the vegetables: chop the cabbage, slice the onion, and mince the garlic. Slice the beef sausage into rounds.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil. Once hot, add the sliced beef sausage and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes until the onion is translucent. Stir in the chopped cabbage, soy sauce, black pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the cabbage is tender but still crunchy.
Combine the sausage, cabbage, and seasonings well. Adjust seasoning with salt if needed.
Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions. Serve immediately.
