  • 1 cup buffalo sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing optional
  • 2 pieces green onions, sliced

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Coat chicken breasts with the mixture.

  3. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then shred it and toss with buffalo sauce.
  4. Divide cooked rice among bowls, top with buffalo chicken, and add toppings like lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and ranch dressing.
