- Cut the sirloin steak into 1-inch cubes and toss with Cajun seasoning. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Cook rigatoni in salted boiling water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook marinated steak cubes for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, add heavy cream, garlic powder, and onion powder. Bring to a simmer and whisk in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Add cooked rigatoni and steak back to the skillet. Toss to coat and heat through for 2-3 minutes.
