Method
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the zucchinis into thin rounds.
- Cook the chicken if not already cooked, then shred it.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, sliced zucchinis, halved cherry tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and softened cream cheese. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Drizzle olive oil over the top. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
