Combine flour, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
Whisk the egg in a separate bowl and add to the flour mixture. Stir until a dough forms.
Roll out the dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
Spread pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a border. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and add pepperoni slices.
Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into 1-inch pieces. Place on a baking sheet.
Brush the tops with olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
