Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • 1 package (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro (optional, for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Combine shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, salsa, and taco seasoning in a mixing bowl until well combined.
  2. Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into triangles. Place a spoonful of filling at the wide end of each triangle and roll up, sealing the edges.
  3. Brush the tops of the rolled taco sticks with beaten egg and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
