Ingredients
  

Cherry Pie Filling
  • 1 cup cherry pie filling
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 10 pieces egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying oil for frying

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface, spoon about 2 tablespoons of the cheesecake filling into the center, and add 1 tablespoon of cherry pie filling on top. Fold and roll tightly to seal.
  3. Heat oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 350°F. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Let the fried egg rolls drain on paper towels. Optionally, warm the cherry pie filling and drizzle over the egg rolls before serving.
