  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup cherry pie filling
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers

Method
 

  1. Gather all your ingredients.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Fold in the cherry pie filling, mini marshmallows, and crushed graham crackers gently.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish, cover, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
