Gather all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add cooked, shredded chicken, shredded mozzarella cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the chicken mixture evenly on the baking sheet to form a crust about 1/2 inch thick.
Preheat oven to 425°F. Bake the chicken crust for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and firm.
Remove the crust from the oven and spread pizza sauce over it. Top with additional mozzarella cheese and any other desired toppings.
Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
