Crust
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Filling
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Green food coloring for decoration
  • Red and green sprinkles for decoration

Method
 

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into muffin liners.
  2. Make the cheesecake filling by beating cream cheese, then adding powdered sugar, vanilla, eggs, sour cream, and food coloring.
  3. Assemble by filling muffin liners with cheesecake batter and bake in a preheated oven.
  4. Cool the cheesecakes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before decorating.
