Wash all fresh vegetables thoroughly. Cut cherry tomatoes in half, dice cucumber, bell pepper, and finely chop red onion. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, add cottage cheese and break up any large clumps.
Add prepared vegetables, Kalamata olives, and crumbled feta cheese to the bowl. Gently mix together.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Pour over the salad and toss gently.
Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
