Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 ounces linguine pasta
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Method
 

  1. Wash your hands and ensure your workspace is clean. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Cook the linguine in salted boiling water according to package instructions (8-10 minutes). Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.
  4. Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until cooked through. Add the cooked linguine and toss to combine.
  5. Garnish with parsley and optional Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
