- Wash all fresh vegetables. Finely shred the green and red cabbage. Grate the carrots and dice the apples.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine the prepared vegetables and pour the dressing over them. Toss gently to coat.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
