- Prepare the cauliflower by boiling in salted water for 5 minutes until tender but firm. Drain and set aside.
- Cook the chicken if not already cooked, then shred it into bite-sized pieces.
- Mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, and buffalo sauce in a bowl until smooth. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, and stir well.
- In a casserole dish, combine cooked cauliflower and shredded chicken. Pour the buffalo sauce mixture over and stir until well coated.
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and green onions. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
