Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 8 ounces spaghetti, uncooked
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Place chicken in the bottom of the crockpot and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
  2. If desired, chop and add any vegetables to the crockpot.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, diced tomatoes, cream cheese, and chicken broth. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the creamy sauce over the chicken in the crockpot, ensuring it is well covered. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Once the chicken is cooked, shred it in the crockpot and stir in uncooked spaghetti. Cover and cook on high for an additional 30-40 minutes.
  6. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy. Serve warm.
