- Cut cauliflower into florets, rinse, and drain.
- Mix heavy cream, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika in a bowl until smooth.
- Place cauliflower in slow cooker, pour vegetable broth and creamy mixture over it.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours until tender.
- Stir gently to coat cauliflower in sauce before serving.
