Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef or turkey, Parmesan cheese, almond flour, egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into meatballs about the size of a golf ball and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and browned.
  4. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add spinach and sun-dried tomatoes, sauté until spinach is wilted. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 3-5 minutes until sauce thickens.
  5. Add the baked meatballs to the skillet and toss gently in the sauce. Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil.
