- Select large, ripe bananas with a few brown spots.
- Peel and slice the bananas into thin rounds, about 1/8 inch thick.
- In a mixing bowl, combine banana slices with lemon juice, cinnamon, salt, and honey or maple syrup. Toss to coat evenly.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
- Arrange banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove the chips and let them cool completely on a cooling rack or paper towels before storing.
