Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Stir occasionally.
  2. Add garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray. Press wonton wrappers into muffin cups to form taco shapes.
  4. Bake wonton wrappers for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Fill each wonton shell with chicken mixture, then top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese. Add sour cream and garnish with cilantro if desired. Serve with lime wedges.
