- Gather your ingredients: bread, butter, cheese, pizza sauce, toppings, and seasonings.
- Spread softened butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Assemble the sandwich by placing one slice of bread buttered side down in a heated skillet, adding cheese, pizza sauce, toppings, and the second slice of bread buttered side up.
- Grill the sandwich for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from skillet, let cool for a minute, slice in half, and serve warm.
