Method
 

  1. Marinate the chicken in a bowl with salt and pepper for 15-30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the honey garlic sauce by mixing honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a bowl.
  3. Coat the marinated chicken in a mixture of flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  4. Fry the coated chicken in hot vegetable oil for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Simmer the honey garlic sauce, add cornstarch mixture, and return the fried chicken to coat in the sauce for 1-2 minutes.
