- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage and slice it into 1-inch thick steaks.
- Mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush both sides of each cabbage steak with the mixture.
- Place the cabbage steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a couple of minutes, and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
