Cabbage
  • 1 head green cabbage
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage and slice it into 1-inch thick steaks.
  3. Mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush both sides of each cabbage steak with the mixture.
  4. Place the cabbage steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Remove from the oven, let cool for a couple of minutes, and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
