Method
 

  1. Rinse the chicken under cold water and pat dry. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. In a bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, ranch seasoning mix, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until well blended.
  3. Place seasoned chicken in the crockpot and pour the gravy mixture over it, ensuring the chicken is covered.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender.
  5. If desired, mix cornstarch with water and stir into the crockpot 30 minutes before serving to thicken the gravy.
