Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare an 8x8-inch baking pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, salt, and baking powder.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Let the brownies cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
