Ingredients

Roast Beef
  • 1 pound thinly sliced roast beef
  • 8 ounces provolone cheese, sliced
  • 12 pieces slider buns
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Equipment

  • Medium Saucepan
  • Baking Dish

Method

  1. Prepare the beef by seasoning it lightly with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  2. Make the au jus by combining beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a saucepan. Heat until warmed through.
  3. Assemble the sliders by placing the bottom halves of the slider buns in a baking dish, layering with roast beef and provolone cheese, and topping with the bun tops.
  4. Drizzle the au jus over the assembled sliders, cover with foil, and bake at 350°F for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted and tops are golden brown.
  5. Let cool for a few minutes, cut into individual sliders, and serve with remaining au jus for dipping.
