  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 10.5 ounces cream of mushroom soup
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed hashbrowns, French onion dip, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until hot and bubbly, and the top is golden brown. Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
