Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil and let it warm up for a minute. Add ground beef and break it apart as it cooks for 5-7 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
Return skillet to heat, add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, cream cheese, and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir and cook for another 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted.
In a small bowl, combine melted unsalted butter with minced garlic to prepare garlic butter.
Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into triangles. Place a spoonful of beef mixture at the wide end of each triangle and roll up, tucking in the sides.
Brush each roll-up with garlic butter mixture. Bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
