- Rinse and pat dry the chicken thighs. Season with salt, pepper, thyme, oregano, and paprika.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Increase heat to medium-high and add chicken thighs. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Squeeze lemon juice over chicken and let simmer for 2 minutes. Garnish with parsley before serving.
