Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined. Divide into 8 equal portions and shape into patties.
  2. Flatten each biscuit into a circle, place a beef patty in the center, add cheddar cheese, and fold the edges over to seal.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F. Place bombs on a greased baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle garlic salt. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Let cool for a few minutes, sprinkle with parsley if desired, and serve warm.
