Flatten each biscuit into a circle, place a beef patty in the center, add cheddar cheese, and fold the edges over to seal.
Preheat oven to 375°F. Place bombs on a greased baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle garlic salt. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
