Method
 

  1. Wash and chop the fresh spinach, onion, and mince the garlic.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into meatballs about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Heat marinara sauce in a saucepan and add the baked meatballs, simmer for 5 minutes.
