  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed

  • 1 teaspoon gin extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped crystallized ginger (optional)
  • 1 egg egg wash (1 egg beaten with 1 tablespoon water)

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
