- Gather your ingredients: butter, Hawaiian rolls, cheese, bacon, and spinach.
- Spread butter on the outside of each Hawaiian roll.
- Choose your cheese and slice it evenly.
- Assemble the sandwich by placing buttered rolls in a skillet, adding cheese, bacon, and spinach, then topping with remaining rolls.
- Grill the sandwich for about 3-4 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from skillet, slice in half, and serve warm.
