Method
 

  1. Gather your ingredients: butter, Hawaiian rolls, cheese, bacon, and spinach.
  2. Spread butter on the outside of each Hawaiian roll.
  3. Choose your cheese and slice it evenly.
  4. Assemble the sandwich by placing buttered rolls in a skillet, adding cheese, bacon, and spinach, then topping with remaining rolls.
  5. Grill the sandwich for about 3-4 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  6. Remove from skillet, slice in half, and serve warm.
