Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease an 8x8-inch baking pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the blended cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture into the wet ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  6. Whisk the eggs and vanilla extract together, then fold into the brownie batter along with the chocolate chips.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  8. Let the brownies cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes before cutting into squares.
