  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

Method
 

  1. Prepare the shrimp by rinsing under cold water and patting dry.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes. Whisk until well blended.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  4. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the shrimp and stir gently. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve over cooked rice or quinoa.
