- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine corn kernels, milk, honey, and melted butter. Stir until well mixed.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper. Gradually add to the corn mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
- Beat the eggs in a small bowl and fold into the batter. Gently fold in shredded cheddar cheese.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the casserole cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
