Method
 

  1. Prepare the chicken by cutting it into bite-sized pieces and seasoning with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Cook the penne pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. Whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a small bowl. Set aside.
  4. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add seasoned chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Pour honey pepper sauce over chicken and stir to coat. Add sliced bell peppers and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  5. Toss cooked penne pasta into the skillet with chicken and sauce. Mix well and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve warm.
