Cream Cheese
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked and crumbled sausage such as breakfast sausage
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix about 1 ounce
  • 1/2 cup diced green onions
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Gather all your ingredients.
  2. Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess grease.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
  4. Add cooked sausage, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, black pepper, green onions, and tomatoes to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F. Transfer dip mixture to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.
