Method
 

  1. Gather all ingredients and prepare them: shred gouda, soften cream cheese, and cook ground beef.
  2. Cook beef bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Crumble after cooling.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  4. Fold in gouda, ground beef, and crumbled bacon. Add Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes and garnish with green onions before serving.
