Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and shredded cheddar cheese until creamy. Add the eggs and milk, stirring until smooth.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined. Fold in the diced jalapeños and grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
