  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Method
 

  1. Prepare the chicken by boiling, baking, or grilling until fully cooked, then shred it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, and Greek yogurt. Mix until well blended and creamy.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, and chopped green onions.
  4. Add garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly incorporated.
  5. Transfer the salad to an airtight container and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
