Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, onion powder, salt, black pepper, thyme, and egg. Mix gently until combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into meatballs about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. While the meatballs are baking, prepare the glaze by combining cranberry sauce, honey, and apple cider vinegar in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until smooth and heated through.
  6. Drizzle the warm glaze over the baked meatballs and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to set the glaze.
  7. Let the meatballs cool slightly before serving.
