Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, finely chopped onion, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, crumbled bacon, and breadcrumbs. Mix until well combined.
  2. If bacon is not cooked, fry it in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels and crumble.
  3. Add maple syrup to the chicken mixture and mix until evenly distributed. If too wet, add more breadcrumbs.
  4. Form the mixture into 12 patties, ensuring uniform thickness for even cooking.
  5. Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook patties for 5-6 minutes on each side until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F. Toast slider buns if desired.
  6. Assemble sliders with patties, lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles. Serve immediately.
