Gather all ingredients including Hawaiian rolls, cheeses, butter, garlic powder, and parsley.
Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected.
Layer sharp cheddar and mozzarella cheese on the bottom half of the rolls.
Spread half of the garlic butter mixture on the cut side of the bottom half of the rolls, then layer the cheese, and spread the remaining garlic butter on top.
Wrap the sandwich in aluminum foil and bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and rolls are golden brown.
Remove from oven, unwrap, and let cool for a few minutes before slicing into individual sandwiches.
