- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken with the softened cream cheese.
- Add the shredded Parmesan cheese, almond flour, and eggs to the chicken mixture. Sprinkle in the garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix everything together until well combined.
- Using your hands, take a portion of the mixture and form it into small balls, about 1.5 inches in diameter. Place each ball on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
